I received EMDR therapy for several difficult experiences. Daphne is a highly dedicated psychologist who was fully committed to helping me. In a short time we explored the events, and through EMDR the most intense memories gradually faded into the background. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and felt completely at ease right away. I had been quite anxious beforehand, but those doubts and fears disappeared during our first meeting. Through Daphne’s understanding approach and EMDR therapy, I received real help and now feel able to move forward again.

After just a few sessions I already gained valuable insights and practical tools to improve my mental health. The sessions became an important anchor point in my week and I always looked forward to them. I am very satisfied with the support I received.
