After receiving an email with your phone number, we will call you for a short intake by phone and (possibly) to schedule an appointment.
The first two sessions are intake interviews. During the second intake session, we will discuss the treatment plan and the frequency of subsequent sessions.
We apply scientifically proven treatment methods, such as:
- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
- CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
- AFT (Affect Phobia Therapy)
- Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Of course, we will discuss and choose the most suitable method, depending on your symptoms and what works best for you.
