Laurier Psychologie has an approved Dutch quality statute for independent mental healthcare providers (kwaliteitsstatuut ggz). It describes how the quality and organisation of care within the practice are safeguarded.

Your information and professional confidentiality
Laurier Psychologie uses your name, address and contact details for the provision of care, such as arranging appointments and administering your treatment. Your data is not used for commercial purposes.
As a GZ psychologist I am bound by professional confidentiality. Information about your treatment is not simply shared with others. If information needs to be shared with third parties, we discuss this and, where required, I ask for your consent. Legal duties or statutory exceptions may apply.
Your treatment record
I keep a clinical record of your treatment. In the Netherlands, medical records generally have a statutory minimum retention period of twenty years from the most recent change. In some circumstances a longer period may be necessary. More information is available from the Dutch government.
You can request access to or a copy of your record, ask for incorrect information to be corrected, or request destruction of information. Statutory retention duties and other legal exceptions may affect such requests. Contact daphne@laurier-psychologie.nl.
Security
Laurier Psychologie takes appropriate measures to protect personal information and information connected with the services provided. Secure systems, access controls and an encrypted website connection are used.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics and does not itself place cookies. Images are hosted on the website. There is no login area or contact form; contact is made through your own email application or by telephone.
Google Maps and external links
The Google Maps map is loaded only when you choose “Show map”. Google may then receive technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies. Google’s privacy policy applies. You can also open the directions directly in Google Maps.
ZorgkaartNederland
The homepage loads an official ZorgkaartNederland widget to display the practice’s current rating. Your browser therefore connects directly to ZorgkaartNederland, which may process technical information such as your IP address. The ZorgkaartNederland privacy statement applies to that external service.
When you follow other external links, the privacy terms of those websites apply. The hosting provider may process technical data required to provide and secure this website.
